If you are a new client, please feel free to download the forms below and return them to Eric M. Libow, PA. If you have a more specific situation or you would like more to be included in our agreement, please contact me to discuss.
Minimum charge for all new clients is $400.
New Entity Formation
​
The first few steps in setting up your business are the most crucial. Getting set up as an official business with the State, obtaining an EIN from the IRS and then electing Tax Status, if necessary, are the first few steps to take. Please contact me to discuss.
Standard charge for this service is $750.
